Horizon Prosthetics was founded in 2007 by Mandy Myers to provide comprehensive prosthetic services to the growing population of Colorado Springs. Since then we have earned the trust and esteem of our patients and the medical community. We believe our patients deserve advanced services in a compassionate and positive environment.
This year Horizon Prosthetics decided to expand our services and we are pleased to now provide our outstanding care to those individuals also needing orthotic services.
We understand the challenges our patients face are not just physical. Our goal is to provide a device which restores the body and promotes healing of the entire individual. We want to provide our patients the opportunity to overcome adversity.

We are an Accredited Facility Horizon Prosthetics is accredited by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics. The accreditation process is an extensive analysis of our facility and business practices. Our accreditation status quantifies the high standard of care we provide at Horizon Prosthetics.
